Paolo Fiore
Post-Doc
Paolo Fiore is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering (DEIB) of Politecnico di Milano, where he conducts his research within the ANTLab laboratory. He received his PhD in Telecommunications Engineering in February 2025.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2013. After a professional experience outside the engineering field in business management, he returned to academia and enrolled in the MSc in Telecommunications Engineering at Politecnico di Milano in 2018, graduating cum laude in 2021. His Master’s thesis focused on radio network planning through optimization techniques in beyond-5G scenarios, with particular emphasis on the integration of emerging technologies such as Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS).
His research activity centers on resource management and optimization for wireless networks operating in reconfigurable environments, with a focus on next-generation and beyond-5G systems.
